A signed small Satsuma rectangular dish. Meiji period, later 19th century, with mark of probably Sozan. A refined and delicately painted flaring dish, with a central scene of female figures in a domestic setting enclosed by a wide border with exquisitely painted flowers upon a gold dusted cream ground and triangular shapes with diaper decoration; gold characters underside. Height 3 cm. Length 14 cm. Width 11 cm
