Famille-rose Peach Vase, Yongzheng Mark

A Chinese famille-rose 'Peach' vase, Yongzheng mark (1723-1735). The baluster-shaped body raising in three elegant curves, finely painted with enamels, and depicting the gnarled, blossoming peach branches, ripened fruit and luxuriant curled leaves with flying 'Ruyi', to symbolise 'Long life' and happiness, 41 cm high, (46 cm high with stand).
