A lava cameo brooch, late 19th century and a shell cameo pendant, early 20th century, comprising an oval-shaped lava cameo depicting a bacchante wearing a headdress of fruiting vine and holding a basket of fruit, mounted within a polished rose gold surround, the reverse of the cameo inscribed 'Abbondanza', with pendant fitting, together with an oval-shaped shell cameo pendant, depicting the bust of a woman seated to the right, in a polished yellow gold frame, with brooch fitting, cased and accompanied by a handwritten note dated 10 April 1904 stating 'In loving remembrance of our 35th anniversary of marriage on 10 April 1869', both mounted in gold, lava cameo 4.5 cm x 4.5 cm, shell cameo 3.5 cm x 3.5 cm
