A matched set of four hardwood continuous yokeback armchairs, Nanguanmaoyi, 19th/20th century each with an arched crestrail supported on a plain S-shaped splat and curved rear posts of round section continuing through the moulded frame to form the back legs, the serpentine arm rails joined to the curved front posts above the rectangular frame enclosing a burlwood panel seat, the legs joined by stepped stretchers (4) 114 cm high, 52 cm wide, 41.5 cm deep
