A Russian silver lighter or vesta, late 19th century, with zolotniki 84, and possible obscured maker's mark, the rectangular vesta with an internal compartment covered with fine filigree wire work, having a ribbed hinged lid and provision for holding the fabric wick. Silver weight 41gr. Length 5.5 cm. Width 3.5 cm
