Rare Royal Doulton vase of Australian interest. Inscribed 'In the Botanic Gardens', Venus fountain, Sydney, hand painted by Leonard Bentley. Refer to Powerhouse Museum for another example, also by Bentley showing a scene of farm cove. Powerhouse States their vase is one of only two known with Australian views, height 38.5 cm
