A George V silver sweets dish, of octagonal form with rope twist and floral alternating scrolling rim, openwork scrolling sides and sunk centre, raised on four openwork scrolling feet, Selfridge & Co. Ltd., Birmingham 1939, and retailer's mark for Selfridge's London. Diam, 22 cm. Weight 285 gm.
