18ct gold hunter cased pocket watch signed 'Baume, Longines', 51 mm case in fine condition, case, internal 18ct gold cover and the movement numbered 3254557. White enamel dial, Roman numerals, railtrack minutes, subs seconds. 18 jewels lever movement marked B&Co 19.70N. 121gm B&Co for Baume & Co., the London branch of Baume, a Swiss watch manufacturer and the importer of Longines watches to the UK. Otherwise unmarked Longines watches from the early 20th century often bear the mark 'B & Co.' for Baume & Co. next to the movement calibre number under the balance wheel. Baume became Baume & Mercier.
