A rare Pre-European pounamu amulet pendant, Kahurangi variety pounamu. With two broken out suspension holes indictive of significant age and with two re-drilled countersunk suspension holes to the upper section, found in a river inlet in Otago in the 1950s, 13 x 6 cm
