Of cluster design, centring a claw-set old European-cut diamond weighing approximately 0.70 carats, flanked by circular-cut rubies together weighing approximately 1.40 carats, within a surround of claw-set brilliant-cut diamonds together weighing approximately 1.20 carats, measuring approximately 22 mm x 22 mm.
