Kangxi Dragon and Phoenix Bowl

A Chinese underglaze blue and copper red dragon and phoenix bowl, Kangxi mark and of the period, with a overted rim and carved waist to the middle exterior, decorated with a five-clawed dragon and phoenix chasing a flaming pearl to the upper register, and to the lower register waves, a six character mark for Kangxi to the base. Height 7 cm, diameter 20 cm. Provenance: The Estate of H.E. Ambassador Dato Yusof Hashim and Margaret Hashim.
