Accompanied by an original Koh-I-Noor certificate issued by Katz & Lourie Ltd, Johannesburg dated 30th May 1944, central diamond approximately H colour, VS clarity, Surrounding diamonds approximately H-I colour, VS clarity, weight approximately 4.5 grams
