Early Pearlshell pendant, Kimberley Region, Western Australia. Carved and engraved pearl shell, in-filled with red ochre. Of leaf-like form, pierced at top with incised traditional motifs. Approx length 19 x 3.5 cm. Provenance: Ex Don Robinson collection A67, New South Wales. Private Collection, New South Wales.
