A Flemish verdure tapestry, late 17th century, probably Brussels, depicting a heron by a pond and other birds flying above in a wooded landscape with a chateau in the distance, retaining the original floral and foliate border, backed with linen, 350 x 350 cm (approximately). Provenance: acquired from Kate Thurlow, London, in 2001
