Rare Handwritten and Typed Letters from Paul McCartney

A rare pair of letters from Paul McCartney, one handwritten letter, reads as follows;, 'Dear Apple Scruffs, I so sorry I've not written before - but I was sure I would see you around - I haven't!, I haven't been to Apple for some time now, as you all must know, because I'm a bit tied down at the moment, anyway, how are you all? been hearing a lot you! and how you're coming up in the world - well hope now happens!, see you soon, as I must finish now, Bye, Paul McCartney, XXX, P.S. Linda sends her love!!', 29.8 cm x 21 cm, the other a typed letter on Apple letterhead addressed to the vendor reads as follows and includes a handwritten 'Paul' and whimsical drawing of an Apple, 'Dear Sally, in case you are ever worried anything at Apple - something which you don't feel able to sort out yourself, or maybe something you can't get answered - please feel free to write me a letter at 7 Cavendish Avenue telling me it - just say it, the main thing is to keep the lines of communication open.
