A vintage lady's Omega sapphire and diamond cocktail watch, designed as a tapered hinged bangle, diamond set bezel, bullet markers, set with sapphires and baguette and round brilliant cut diamonds, tapered angular design, diamonds totalling 1.10cts, sapphires totalling 1.40cts; 18ct white gold. Total weight 94.5g.
