Prime Ministers - John Howard: autographs on three Australian 'Prime Ministers' first day covers, neatly presented within display folder. Vendor's annotations on reverse of folder suggest they were signed during the 2001 'Tampa Affair' refugee crisis when Howard refused permission for the Norwegian ship 'Tampa', carrying rescued refugees, to enter Australian Waters.
