A Patek Philippe lady's vintage platinum wristwatch, the cream dial with baton indexes and maker's name, maker's logo to the crown, manual wind movement, the leather rope strap with white metal fittings. With maker's named display pad and pouch. Minor damage to side of case from penknife. Diameter of case 1.8 cm.
