The 1934 Ashes Series: A collection comprising of a lizard skin wallet (by Smythson of Bond Street) inscribed in gold lettering 'With congratulations and best wishes to Mr. A.E. James from W.Harrison - Australia v England 1934' [Nb: these were presented to all members of the touring party], an official team postcard by Photo-Work Ltd., Brighouse, an Acb letterhead sheet with reproduction autographs of the touring party, a Surrey County Cricket Club printed score sheet recording the result in the Fifth Test, which Australia won by 562 runs, Ponsford making 266 and Bradman 244 in the first innings. (4 items). Provenance: The estate of A.E.James, Physiotherapist to the Australian Cricket Team, 1930s-1960s.
