An impressive Edwardian 9ct gold opal and diamond pendant/brooch, the 41.30ct white opal in the form of a heart with a bright red-blue multi-colour play of fire, held by three diamond set claws, the opal heart pierced by a diamond set arrow, with a further three to the bale, brooch fitting is removable. In original Sydney jeweller's box.
