Eureka Stockade: 40th Regiment Of Foot tunic buttons (3), circa 1850s. The 40th Regiment was sent to Ballarat in early December 1854 and brutally supressed the miner's rebellion at the Eureka Stockade on the morning of the 3rd of December 1854. Rare.
