Text continues 'Imprime ches Marci, 30 rue Bara, Bruxelles' Socovel was a Belgian manufacturer of mopeds and motorcycles. 'Socovel' stood for SOciete pour l'etude et la construction the Vehicules ELectriques (Company for research and construction of electric vehicles).
