One Thousand Years of British Monarchy sterling silver mint edition. 50 sterling silver ingots issued as a limited edition by John Pinches Medallists limited & its associated companies. The ingots are enclosed in a wooden box & a plaque on it reads: 1000 years of British Monarchy sterling silver mint edition. Fifty Kings & queens of England from 973 to 1973 are each represented by an ingot. A book with an historical commentary by Sir Arthur Bryant published as a companion to the set of sterling silver ingots is enclosed.
