A ruby and diamond dress ring. 18ct yellow and white gold, made as a low profile dress ring, centrally featuring an oval ruby of deep red colour, weighing approximately 1.65ct claw set, flanked to each side by three smaller old cut diamonds bezel set in a triangular arrangement, millgrained, merging to a smooth gold band.
