A fabulous antique diamond set cluster pendant. Silver topped with gold back, presented as a triple frame round cluster pendant of stepped design, alluding to a secondary purpose with fitting to reverse, featuring a central old cut diamond of approximately 0.36ct, claw set, stepped down to three frames of smaller finest quality old cuts, each weighing approximately 0.12ct, fifty-one stones set throughout, totalling approximately 6.12ct, fitted with a diamond set bail of articulated style.
