A vintage diamond set ladies Omega wristwatch, 18ct white gold, circa 1960's, manual movement, presented as a quality vintage wristwatch with oval case, single cut diamonds grain set to outer silver dial, dot markers, two hands, fitted to an integrated smooth mesh style bracelet with fold over clasp.
