Melbourne Tramways and Omnibus Company Limited - Transfer Tickets 1887 - 1911, a companion volume to the previous lot. A large format ledger (33 x 20.5 cm) with printed introductory pages followed by 100s of different 'transfer tickets' and manuscript annotated pages providing information about the dates of issue, relevant line, advertising on the coupons, etc. The final pages show examples of other types of tickets, including Free Tram Passes, special event passes (such as for transport to real estate auctions), M.O.Co. tickets from Melbourne to the Race Course, etc. A goldmine of historical details and almost certainly Unique. (many 100s).
