Hutton's Pine-Apple Brand Hams & Bacon, c1910s Linocut, 77.5 x 102.3 cm. Linen-backed., J.T. Picken, Printer, Melbourne., James Curruthers Hutton established a 3 storey bacon factory in Preston, Victoria in 1873. Hutton gradually built up the business and by 1903, his company was the largest in Australia.
