An old cut diamond set gold brooch. 10ct yellow gold, made as a cross over spray of brushed and etched gold with split leaf motif, embellished by five old cut diamonds of graduating size each bezel set, totalling approximately 0.20ct, fitted with pin. Length 4.5 cm
