A beautiful crescent moon and stars set antique brooch, 14ct yellow gold and silver, made as a fine knife edge bar brooch of gold, overlaid centrally with an old cut diamond crescent moon, centred with a single ruby, sapphire and diamond, each knife end terminating with a single, old cut diamond in star shaped frame, fitted with pin.
