'Medallion' dish late Qing/Republic period, a Chinese yellow-ground famille rose 'Medallion' dish late Qing/Republic period, the interior and exterior covered with dense decoration of scrolling flowering and fruiting gourd vine, against a yellow ground to the exterior and a white ground to the interior., the exterior is further decorated with four roundels, each with precious objects between key-fret borders to the mouth-rim and foot-rim. Marked 'Zhangchun Tongqing' in iron red to the base, a mark used to celebrate the Chinese New year, 24 cm diameter
