Australia v West Indies, 1978: Official Australian team colour photograph titled 'Australian Cricket Team - West Indies and Bermuda 1978' in the mount above and with the names of the team and officials in the mount below. The photograph, taken in Kingston, Jamaica features Bob Simpson (Capt.), Jeff Thomson (Vice Capt.) Graham Yallop, Kim Hughes, Graeme Wood and Steve Rixon. Overall 39 x 40 cm. The West Indies, led by Clive Lloyd, won the 5 match series 3-1, with the 5th match drawn. For Australia, Serjeant, Toohey and Woods all made centuries, Thomson took 20 wickets and Clark, Higgs and Yardley took 15 each. For the West Indies there were centuries to Gomes, Kallicharran and Williams and the major wicket takers were Garner (13), Parry (12) and Roberts (12).
