A small lapis-lazuli vase and cover, of lozenge section carved in pierced relief with a flowering peony tree to one side, the branches extending over the cover, the stone of bright blue colour with some white and yellowish mottling, wood stand, -3, 10 cm high. Provenance: P.C. Lu & Sons Ltd., Hong Kong, 14 July 1979.
