A rare Daum Nancy 'Peacock Feathers' cameo glass vase, French, circa 1915, the tapering cylindrical body decorated with a continuous acid-etched and vitrified enamel pattern, on a pale green ground, acid-etched 'Daum Nancy' and the Cross of Lorraine, 29.5 cm high. Provenance: James R. Lawson, Sydney, 3 April 2001, lot 5. Mr Hans Mueller and Mrs Gertrud Mueller, Sydney, acquired from the above.
