1994 Winter Games Official Torch scaled replica: The burner features the inscription The XVII Olympic Winter Games Lillehammer 1994 and the Games emblem. The sports pictograms appear on the part in copper, while the upper part in aluminium was the recipient for the pyrotechnic system. The torch consists of a long wooden handle and a metal blade. Fine condition. Australia was represented at the 1994 Winter Olympics by a team of 25 athletes, competing in 9 different sports. Kirstie Marshall was the flag bearer. The only medal won, a bronze, was awarded to the Men's short track skating team for the 5000 m Relay.
