A Bold retro amethyst set ring, 9ct yellow gold, circa 1940's, made as a large signet style ring of unisex design, featuring a rectangular domed panel of amethyst, light purple in colour, measuring 17.2 x 12.5 mm, flanked by triangular shaped panels, each grain set with a single cut diamond, merging to a triple row peaked band with etched finish, tapering to reverse.
