After Qiu Ying (ca. 1494 - 1552), figures and Architecture, ink and colour on silk, hanging scroll (probably a fragment from a multi-scroll composition), two seals of the artists, 134 cm x 38.5 cm. Provenance: NSW private collection, acquired as one of 13 scrolls from (Joseph) Newman's Antiques on 22 July 1960 and hence by descent, with an unrecorded collector's mark 'P&L.W' on scroll title
