A pair of signed Satsuma vases, late Meiji to Taisho period, early 20th century, the small ovoid form vases with waisted necks and footrims, decorated throughout with a 'Thousand Flower' design in bright red, white, puce, blue and apple green colours with gilt enrichment; bordered signatures underside to red cartouches. Height 8 cm.
