Our battalion's 1st Company deputy officer Ahmet Nuri Efendi from 23 September 1916 on being well-respected, his promotion to Lieutenant effective from the date 21 October 1916,..., after serving honourable mentions of Gallipoli group command no. 8-9293, no. 2927-12560 from 42nd division command & no.4784 & 924 from 123rd Regiment command, I declare that promotion against the declared order in the Addendum number 924, dated 30.12.1916, 123rd Regiment Commander Halil Sidiki.
