An old Maori nephrite hei tiki, pale Auhunga variety pounamu, modelled with head tilted with chin to left shoulder, the forehead pierced with a suspension hole and unusually with a second semi-concealed suspension hole immediately beside it, arms reach down to the thighs, the lower leg section broken off.
