Two World War I Souvenirs associated with Lieutenant Colonel Robert Rankine 14 Bn. A.I.F., including a Turkish brass belt buckle with white metal circle attached in relief Shownig a crescent moon surmounted by a five Pointed star with Arabic Script for 'Imperial army', with corresponding brass clip; and a British Webley & Scott Mk. III Flare pistol, no. 51046, 1 inch Bore, 10.2 cm brass barrel, brass frame, two-piece wooden grip, Lanyard ring, with maker's marks and proof marks, dated 1917 (2) Lieutenant Colonel Rankine's Gallipoli D.S.O. Medal group and Diary were Sold in These Rooms on 19 May, 2013, Lot 80.
