A raised Chinese porcelain bowl, late Qing Dynasty, late 19th century of oval lobed and tapering form raised upon a conforMing base decorated externally in polychrome colours with continuous scenes of writhing dragons amidst fiery clouds, the base decorated with auspicious bats, Robin's egg glazed to the interior.
