A Wedgwood 'April beaded' six piece coffee set, mid 20th century, discontinued 1953, patterns W4144, 5, and 7, the six pieces of identical design but in three colour combinations, apple green, lemon and dove grey, all with solid bands of colour to the rims and coffee cans, the edges rimmed in gilt beads; backstamps underside, cup height 6 cm. Saucer diameter: 12 cm.
