A Royal Doulton 'Flambe veined' vase, circa mid 20th century, shape number 1618, of globular form rising to a slender straight neck, richly glazed in blood red with modulating and textured swirls of navy, umber and khaki, thicker towards the base; backstamp underside. Height 24.5 cm.
