A pair of turquoise-glazed 'dragon' bowls marks of Guangxu each with deep rounded sides rising from a short foot to the flared rim, the exterior incised with two dragons pursuing flaming pearls above wave splashed rocks encircling the base, applied inside and out with a rich turquoise glaze, the white-glazed base inscribed with a six-character mark in underglaze blue (2), 14.9 cm. Provenance: Annals Antique, Singapore, 22 April 1995
