An early 18th century thirty hour longcase clock in green stained and lacquered pine case with flat topped twin column hood. The heavily built posted movement has four wheel trains and count wheel strike with large bell. The base plate of the movement has four Delaunce spiked feet to locate it on the seat board. Lead weight. Note: James Delaunce born 1655 in Downton Wilts worked in London returning in 1721. This clock was probably made around then. Height 207 cm
