To His Excellency the Right Honourable the Earl of Kintore from the District Councils Association of Illuminated and bound in brown embossed morocco, the address being bordered running foliate pattern, the district councils bordered in a geometric pattern. The address surmounted with the South Australian coat of arms is signed by the President, Vice-President and Secretary and dated 7th January 1889. The work signed by Joyner below middle, fine condition. 45 x 5 x 33 cm
