A Russian 875 silver rolling blotter, unidentified maker's mark ?.M, late 19th century (no assayer's and date mark apparent), indistinct town mark, 84 zolotniki standard, the pillar-form handle modelled with foliate decoration on a base with stepped edges set with variously coloured glass cabochons to the corners. Height 9.5 cm. Width 14.5 cm. Depth 9 cm. Total weight 407gr
