A rare Worcester porcelain pink peacock-feather bordered lobed circular plate, painted with sliced fruit and flowers. English circa 1770. Provenance: Robyn Robb England.10/06/2004 (9900 pounds). Robert Burke collection no 154. Reference: See: Gerald Coke 'In Search of James Giles pl.59a for a similar plate. Stephen Hansombe, James Giles, figure 40, for a similarly decorated Worcester bowl, but without the gilt edging to the scaling. Another plate from the current service was believed to have been sold by Christies London in 1970's, 25 cm diameter
