A Chelsea porcelain 'Hans Sloane' type lobed circular brown edged plate, painted with botanicals (Achillea) a butterfly and an insect. English circa 1755/6. Provenance: Robyn Robb England.17/08/2009 (11,500 pounds). Robert Burke collection no 130. The decoration on this plate is adapted from plate IX in Phillipe Miller's 'Figure of Plants and was dated April 1755, 20.6 cm diameter
